i brought my new X1 in for Lokack Replacement service this past saturday. It is Wednesday and there has been NO Follow up on next steps to ensure I get the text from Jojack to set up. I , once again had to email everyone for an update and next steps to get this some immediately. Why am I project managing a $500 product I purchased. My time and money have easily surpassed several hours managing this from the beginning. Hands down the best service ive ever received from a dealership. 1 complaint would be that they don't work with warranty companies to reduce cost of labor to match the warranty company:s max allowance. Like medical doctors when they adjust their pricing to accommodate the claims cap amount.
