Michael Abreu has always done an exceptional job! This visit was the no different. I appreciate his attention to detail, staying late to assist me after I had an emergency come up which caused me to come in after hours, etc. He is now the only service manager I go to for all 5 of my BMWs.

Colin was very professional and efficient.
However, I was surprised and disappointed that the dealership now adds a surcharge to credit card payments. The surcharge was not mentioned before I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I intend to dispute it with the credit card company, unless you do the right thing and refund the surcharge amount.

Alan Mendoza delivered great service. However, there is a disconnect when communicating with service technicians. My car had to be brought back a few times for the same issue. Each time we were assured it was top priority and it would be done efficiently and correctly. Alan had to step in each time with technicians to complete the tasks. The delay with technicians affected efficiency. I hope this improves, I would like to trust the service is completed correctly the first time and/or the second time. I do hesitate to bring my cat back.
