Michael was very helpful and honest about my car repairs. He placed the repairs need most to the front of the line and we worked on a plan for the remaining repairs to schedule out at a later date. He got me back running in a timely manner and the X3 loaner was very tempting to trade up to I might add. Thanks Mike for a great job and friendly service.

The only issue I had for your future reference was that a girl called me a month ago to schedule my 1200 mile service due on my 2025 M3. She scheduled me for January 30th and put me in for a loaner car as well. I received no communication from anyone confirming/reminders about the appointment. I called the morning of to ensure I indeed had a scheduled appointment only to find out what I suspected; no appointment in the system and no loaner vehicle scheduled. I live over an hour away and this was very disappointing. I will give the service department 1 more shot before I take my vehicle elsewhere and that’s only because Steve still go my vehicle in and serviced.
