Jef was a nice guy, i feel I wasn't heard i have the car checked out and was told. The hybrid battery need to be replaced. After doing it diagnosed on my car and told it was the fuel pump and $3000 later, I was told it was the hybrid battery that need to be replaced. Like I said, in the first place, the guys, there were great. The salespeople were awesome.

Would have been great to have known I could have paid with debit before I drove 40 minutes to pick up my car. Wasted 140 dollars by not knowing this and only having a credit card on me. Initial quote was insanely overpriced and I shouldn't have to take an afternoon off of work to shop the dealership quote to get an honest price for repairs. Sadly, I will not be returning.

I have never been to a dealership that requires customer to return the loaner car at the same level of gas while doing service and maintenance there. Neither the Mercedes dealership or the dealership that I went to in New York required customer to return the vehicle at the same level of gas because I did the service there. Will not go to Arrowhead BMW to do my service again.
