Shane did his job I have no problem with him. The 3% surcharge for using a credit card is ridiculous. You are charging a premium price for servicing a premium car and that fee should not be borne by the customer. I question whether you are actually paying 3% and if not then you are actually increasing the customer's cost. If you continue to charge this fee my wife and I will be looking elsewhere for service.

Got home and my charging port fell off. Also the suggested repairs that I did not do were quoted a lot less than you wanted. Your mechanic did not accurately diagnoses my issue and I spent 2500$ not to fix the problem and was ask for an additional 12k
