My service advisor Julian Doiron was excellent! Professional, courteous and got me through check in and pick up quickly. I had requested a loaner car , but when I went to the desk to fill out paperwork, there was no staffing at the desk. I waited for about 20 minutes but no one came to help me. Julian came by and noticed I was still waiting and he got me to someone who could finish up my loaner car paperwork. I appreciated that he jumped in to get it sorted out.

Scheduled a service appointment for preventive maintenance that was due plus a malfunctioning passenger side mirror. Service advisor sent an update saying it needed a software update and it would require additional time. The following day sent another text update saying the software update was complete but it did not solve the problem. He said the mirror would need to be replaced but it would be a couple days for the part to come in. This was on Thursday March 9. I asked if a loaner vehicle was an option and got no response. There was no communication until Monday March 13. The reason I was given from the service advisor was that he had been off. Yet, I asked about a loaner just 4 minutes after his text saying he would need to wait on a part. The vehicle was completed on Monday March 13, six days after being dropped off. When the vehicle was delivered it was super dirty from dust and hand prints. All of this, in my opinion is disappointing, especially when dropping off a $100k+ 2022 X5 M50i but really for any car. Communication manages expectations and there was no communication at all.
