I was bamboozled into believing that Josh the service manager was going to take care of the issue, as he gave me to understand & it didn’t pan out.
When a BMW service starts to behave like a Honda service center I don’t see much happening there.

Had an intermittent problem with the garage door opener transmitter in my new X3. Even though it tested successfully at the dealership, it would fail at home. The mobile service people from the dealership came out, observe the problem, and order it ordered a replacement mirror. Mobile service replaced the mirror with a new one and fix the problem. Great service that wouldn’t give up. Thank you.

1. I waited 20 minutes before I was checked in, I guess appointments don’t really matter. What Customer service???
2. I sat there for three hours without any updates on my vehicle.
3. I had to request a copy of my diagnostic report, which he offered to print after I asked for it. I thought it was standard procedure to receive a copy. I believe he said he didn’t think I was interested.
