I made an appointment because I was pressed for time. My appointment was at 9:30. I didn’t get my car back until 12:30. For a simple oil change. Never again. I will go back to Chapman I am planning on buying a new BMW or an X5. I think I’ll have to go back to Chapman. I can’t afford your lack of customer time consideration. Thank you. JW Johnson
