Dylan Dufresne Was jumping on my car on the side of the door panel drivers side while the technician was pulling my car to the lot to be towed home after service. I want to go the legal route as my paint is damaged and he was “clowning around” with my vehicle. Unacceptable, the back and forth communication with Shane wasn’t good, but am not holding that against him or You as a corporation. However I will not let the actions of a Mr. Dufresne be allowed. I am prepared to have My people at Friedman and Bartomian handle it further if needed. I haven’t seen that level of incompetence anywhere and would Gladly take his job in a heartbeat If you all were to be getting rid of him soon.
