Car was suppose to be picked up the previous week. I got no call and no one showed up. I had to call myself and ask why no one showed up to get my car for service. When talking to the service person they said oh he couldn’t call you and we ran out of loaner cars.. Like what? We’re his fingers broken?

He did an excellent job on communicating with me what was going on with my car. He went above and beyond to give excellent service and give me my car back in a timely manner. I tend to have tire issues with my car due to me driving a lot and Bmw does a great job at taking care of me as well as Mike I love BMW.
