Shane was fine but I bought a new rear tire and on the way home the computer flashed leaks in a tire. Call BMW roadside assistance. I drove back to dealership and a service man checked all the tires and the two front ones were 8 psi under inflated. So, after purchasing a new tire they didn’t check the pressure in the other ones.
Otherwise your service department is great.

Paperwork states inspection was done that included tire pressure at 36 psi, not 2 miles from the dealership after picking it up the car started notifications of low tire pressure and when checked they were at 29 and 30, by the time I arrived at home the car was smoking and smelled of burning oil again. We had a prepaid event we had to leave for out of town so I couldn’t just drive back to BMW to complain so I tried calling and was told a manager would call me back and no one ever did. But Steve is nice? He wasn’t there today, but he’s always been nice. Kutos to you Steve.
