Unfortunately, the technicians were not able to identify the problem with my vehicle. The sound that it makes now is one that it did not prior to my last visit to the dealership. Therefore, I must assume a correlation between whatever was done last time and this new sound that is very bothersome.

I was very disappointed in the time. I had plans today, but was late for my appointment due to service guys late arrival. Appointment was for 9am, he was not able to get to me until after 11:00. He kept me informed and I appreciate that, but it wasn't helpful for me keeping my 2nd appointment.

I was completely satisfied in the end. But my car being damaged by the technician was not very satisfactory. I would have been happier if your dealership had already started the process of replacing the rim that was damaged by your technician. Instead of calling me telling me was car was ready for pickup and trying to get me to just be ok with a damage rim. I would like in the future if you break my car you would fix it or at least start the process of fixing it before you tell me about it. It's kind of sad that I had to escalate it to the Director to get it replaced, instead of owning up to your mistake before getting me involved. Had I not escalated the issue, I would have just had to deal with a damaged rim. I would expect more from your service. I only rated this service as satisfactory so that Brandon doesn't take the heat for this mess up. Cause it was not his fault. But regardless, if you make a mistake, FIX it.
