Service advisor was filled with an attitude, not kind, didn’t follow instructions. She shouldn’t be handling customer or customers account. Took our 9k service bill somewhere else.

Loaner was promised/reserved but not available when we arrived. A loaner with broken windshield, dirty, bad brakes, bad screen was then provided. It got us to our destination but it was pretty substandard. Not the first time this has happened. Sadly, your loaners are not reliable.
