First of all, I was pleased that Danielle did some homework and texted me to call her. She filled me in on my options and one of them was to have someone come to my home and do the repair. Someone was available that same day so I chose that option and a tech came by and did the repair/recall within an hour. He was polite and well informed, and also didn't mind if I watched him work.
