I took my car in to service for a leak and Michael ott was my service person and they said they looked at it , “pressure tested it “ (5 times) and told me a hose was leaking so I changed it dealer tried to charge me 1700$ for that hose to be replaced and once the hose was replaced it was still leaking so I talked to Josh the “ manager “ which didn’t care how his employees are “looking over the car” week passes by since they have my car and they said there masters mechanic was looking at it and says it’s a connector to the hose and worded it different in the invoice that Michael Ott sent me and the invoice price was 1986$ and there supposedly the same “invoice “ he sent me a week ago with different pricing?? And I asked Michael and Josh if they top off the car with coolant or water they said coolant and I open my hood to find out they put water in my coolant reservoir and I show them that it’s separated the water was sitting on top of the coolant they said they only put bmw coolant and which I bought 2 gallons of coolant right before I took it to them I filled it with coolant and returned it to me looking foggy with water separated from the coolant (yes I know it’s 50/50 mix but there’s was not a 50/50 mix or even mixed ) bad service by Josh the manager and Michael ott I do not recommend arrowhead bmw to anyone or Josh or Michael.
