I was completely satisfied with my service experience. BMW has always had loaner vehicles available while cars are being serviced. This was not the case this time. My car was there for one week waiting fir supply chain to get the parts and still no loaner car available. This is something that needs to be corrected if you are Google to provide a complete service experience to cust.

I was very happy that I could get my car in today and get a new battery installed in my Mini!!! Unfortunately the projected hour job turned into a 1.75+ hour wait. I opted to not have my car washed because that would be another quarter hour to wait. I was told several times that you all were busy today…but waiting around extra time is frustrating. I was very thankful that Mike A. was able to quickly reprogram my car clock before I left.

The staff that I interacted with when I returned to get my vehicle were beyond rude. Specifically the woman at the service desk was rude and could not have cared less let alone say one word to be until I addressed her. I at least expect a base level of customer service that I would get at Toyota. This is BMW, I would have imagined the service was better.
