Joe was great but the service took two days and on the second day Joe was off. This caused a lack of communication with the people that were supposed to be covering for Joe on his day off. I reached out to see if my vehicle was done and the girl that answered said she would have the service manager call me back, he never did. I had to come in to get an answer as to the status of my vehicle which had been done for hours according to the service manager. Joe in service and Zac the technician were great though.

I am completely dissatisfied with the services I have received from BMW so far. This is my third time working with them for different reasons. This time was for a check engine light. I had made an appointment on 11/17 @ 10am for valet. I was not contacted at all and nearing 11am I called and had to ask if they were even coming to pick up the car in which they said it'd be another hour or hour and a half. I was unavailable at that time since it would be nearly three hours after my appointment so I asked to reschedule where the appointment was moved to 11/18 @ 9am. I had not been contacted nor car picked up three hours after my appointment time, again. I called, where they said I didn't even have an appointment made... They 'immediately' sent someone out, and an hour later they finally picked up my car and I received a text my appointment was now for 2pm. This is extremely aggravating and frustrating, yet I was happy they at least get it in. Once it was in, it took literally HOURS to be contacted on the status of my car. When I finally got a response, it was fifteen minutes before closing where I was presented with a $4,500 diagnostic estimate (to which had no itemized item/ labor costs and poor explaination of what needed to be done) and was informed I could have my car back the next day or come get it myself. How I would come get my car without having my car is interesting to me but regardless they returned it the next day around 10am. This is not the first time they did not return my car in a timely manner. The time before they returned it 3 hours after promised and I was left at work til then, again extremely frustrating. I do not trust this BMW team and wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time, effort, or money until something changes.

I was told the warranty repair would be completed in 2-3 hours. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:45am and wasn’t able to pick it up until 6:30pm. I did not receive update unless I called; Michael was never available and I had to call back and complain about not getting a return call. I called at 4:30 and and spoke to whomever answered; stated my complete dissatisfaction and asked to speak to the manage (who mysterious was not there) I also said that I’d need a loaner and it seems they scrambled to get it done for me to pick up by 6:30. very dissatisfied with the service received.

I’ve purchased many vehicles over the past several years. Of all of the service representatives I’ve worked with, Devin shines the brightest. Although I have not been satisfied with the actual quality of work that has been performed by the BMW technicians, Devin has advocated for me and my vehicle through every misstep. Additionally, he has been assertive, empathetic, and understanding in his communication with me, which is the only reason why I would consider purchasing another BMW in the future.

It took 25min to get checked in when I had a 930 apt. I brought my car in to add oil and an inspection. After waiting 3 hours. I was given a $5200 dollar bill and no oil was added lol. They did take it back after I said something and added oil. But the point of my car being there was for oil.
