Totally unsatisfactory; Shane changed his claim spoken on the phone; Camellia initially acted like she never read my written responses, nor the file written by Shane and the initials rep later on “family leave”. Shane not only talked about the warranty on work done, but promised to repair the problem initially given, but also do the work needed that was not done (at no additional cost). Furthermore original mechanic/teck checked that he checked washer tank and topped liquids. NOT DONE. All refused to take any responsibility for their lies and negligence.
