I came in for only an oil change (I purchased a 3 year oil change package from Michael Vu last year). Even though I had made an appointment I waited 3 hours for an oil change unacceptable. Also I did not ask nor did I wish to have a video vehicle inspection done. The vehicle has less than 500 miles on from the last time it was in your shop for service and was never even mentioned to be a possible issue in the near future. Last year after I purchased the vehicle it was brought into your shop and had to have The Ignition coils replaced the fuel sender on one side replaced and had the valve cover gasket replaced. During that 1 of my ECM modules was broken you guys did replace it at no cost to me, but ended up having issues with my comfort access to the vehicle to get in the trunk and the car after this ECM was replaced. Your shop had the vehicle for weeks unable to find why I was having this problem. Also when I picked it up after the valve cover gasket was done I drove it home and wondered why I was hearing what seemed to me to be valve lifters (a tick, tick sound), I had to bring the car in the next day and had to have a tensiober replaced (why was that not caught when replaci g the valve cover gasket)Also after the ECM was replaced (I had had replaced my halogen driving lights with LED's) started getting a fog light warning when starting the car, which I had never had previously, which I was told was a coding issue. I asked to have the coding changed and was told you can not do it,instead I was given a service write up saying I needed to replace the LED's with halogen bulbs.I recoded it myself and works fine. I was also told in that service report I needed to replace my battery. Well the car was not driven from April to Oct and was on a battery tender and my battery is fully charged and working fine. Sorry if I feel that your video inspections are nothing more than a make work and cash grab

It’s been a week to get tires put on my car. I haven’t received any text updates or calls regarding whether or not My car is ready. I have received one call back from my service advisor a day after I called, and have had to call multiple times just to get into contact with him. As he always seems to be busy for an hour at a time. Poor communication, this Review was sent to me before information regarding the status of my car.
