I purchased a used 2020 BMW 430i from another dealer, and it was the first time I purchased a used vehicle. I brought it in for a multi point inspection to ensure the health of the vehicle was were it should be. Mark provided me with exception service and thoroughly explain the inspection process. When it was completed Mark did a great job explaining areas of concern with the vehicle and made sure I understood everything and he answered all my questions! Definitely 5 star service!! On Thurs I made a Mobile Service appointment for warranty work on Friday from 8-noon. Later on Thursday I got an email from Louis indicating I was to bring in my car to the service center at 9am on Friday. I emailed back to clarify the confusion, but never heard back. On Friday morning I phoned and was told I was on the Mobile Service list from 8am-noon. Around 11 am I got a text from Louis thanking me for the service and to text if I had questions. I texted back and asked if they would be here by noon ... no reply. At 1:30pm I called asking when they would be here and was told the Mobile service person would call ASAP ... no reply! Finally, at 3:45pm the service person called & showed up as we were about to leave for an appointment. The service person was great and did the replacement part in about 15 min. I just am concerned about the POOR COMMUNICATION !! I would have appreciated a call, email or text indicating the change of times. I stayed home waiting but could have done other things. Nothing really happened until I told my sales rep (Maurice Bell) about it, and he got me answers.

Twice I have been there, asked for the tires to be checked and filled and neither time did it happen. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. Tires should always be serviced before the car is released.
