I give the sales manager, three sales agents and the general manager a D- . I arrived at 8:00 AM, with a check in hand ready to purchase/order a new EV. I left with complete astonishment at incompetence of 3 salesmen and a sales manager. The fact that the general manager would not return my phone call clinched the deal… I will buy the car from another dealership!
