Had to drop the car off 3 separate times to finally make any progress.Rep indicated at one point he was unsure what I wanted done. Each visit vehicle returned with much less fuel than when dropped off. Overall very disappointed.

Brandon left unexpectedly, I ended up waiting an extra 35 mins. I was a little upset with this that there wasn't a better backfill of guys to alleviate this sort of an issue. To top things off, my tire pressures were never adjusted after they were rotated. I chose to get outta dodge so to speak and go home and do it myself. I feel that if I'm paying for typical day to day things that are not out of the ordinary then what what would the situation if I needed something major. I must admit, this is my first BMW, I was under the impression that they had a better mechanical repair department that they did maintenance work by the book, not by the seat of their pants. So with this, I will be watching much more closely during my next visit and I will remind Brandon of what I experienced. On scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would give my particular visit a 4. Please take my experience as a hard reminder and lesson that your customers come first. Thanks for reading my concerns and experience at your dealership.

Normally the service I receive at Arrowhead BMW is top tier with zero complaints however this last appointment was a new low, disappointing and very upsetting. The service rep Micheal Ott was rude, dismissive, inattentive, and uninformed. He was slow to, greet, service and inform me. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him throughout the entire appointment. I was not kept in the loop of the maintenance that was being done to my vehicle nor was I informed once it was completed. I message him and when no response was received I called the dealership to inquire about the status of my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled to be 3-4 hours. When I was not contacted after the seventh hour I was put on hold and then told he wasn’t available. He then texted me 3o minutes later that my car was ready. He , Mr. Ott is a poor representation of the high caliber BMW is expected to have. I appreciate the dealership but this incident with this specific representative needs to be addressed/ corrected
