I have had the chance to visit the arrowhead location twice now and both times the service has been exceptional. You help your customers to feel well informed about what is going on with their vehicles. You make sure they get the best value out of the service they receive and that our time is valued. Mark did a great job but, I wanted dings and small dent fixed and this was not accomplished. When I made the apt I made it clear that I was wanting these things done at the time of my yearly maintenance. A case of left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
Mark gets 10 points he is great.
Also the loaner car was a terrible mess the windows in and out were so awful I could barely see. It took me 45 min to get them acceptable. And the little gal who checked me out read the gas gauge incorrectly. She read it backwards so I just filled it up. ! And a little tutorial on the hybrid would have been nice. ????

Joseph was good. No issues. Your online appointment system doesn’t work and even though I made my appointment by phone with a human, there was no record. Joseph handled that well but it erodes the credibility of the quality and level of professionalism you’re going for when the systems don’t work.
