Everything was great that Carmella was accountable for. The car was supposed to be done 2 days before which did cause some issues and stress on my behalf. Also wish I could have dropped the car off Monday when it actually began being serviced, not Friday just to sit there & be car less an extra 2 days. Not sure who’s planning that comes down to but yeah.

I give Mark Lauer and the entire service team an A+ and high accolades. I give the sales manager, three sales agents and the general manager a D- . I arrived at 8:00 AM, with a check in hand ready to purchase/order a new EV. I left with complete astonishment at incompetence of 3 salesmen and a sales manager. The fact that the general manager would not return my phone call clinched the deal… I will buy the car from another dealership!
