Although working with Joe is always a pleasure, I waited for over 3.5 hours for a simple oil change that I was told would only take 1.5 hours. I had other appointments in the day that were pushed multiple times as a result of false information and unrealistic expectations being presented. Had I known the wait was in excess of 3 hours, I would have opted to cancel the appointment or get a loaner vehicle. Your scheduling has to improve significantly!
