Your labor costs are out of control. You sent me an estimate to replace a power steering hose with a cost of $2600. The part was only 300 seems like a lot of labor cost. The total service estimate was over $11,000. Please evaluate your labor fees thank you.

The 3% credit card processing fee needs to be paid by the dealership. You cannot pass it onto the customer. Arrowhead BMW needs to pay the fee. Never had to pay this fee with other dealerships.
