The service department was excellent in every way! They picked up the car and the valets were very, very helpful and friendly. The service on the car with completed with excellence and Mike did a phenomenal job in communicating with me ans my service rep! The car was delivered with the same valet excellent. I also felt that Justin working with me as a genius was phenomenal. Knowledgeable personable, very kind and considerate to my lack of knowledge with the new vehicle a 10 out of 10 rating hands-down thank you.

Service advisor was fine, however, it is ridiculous for a luxury car company to charge an extra fee for using a credit card, as very few people carry around several hundred in cash. i am aware credi card companies charge this fee. large companies such as BMW can afford this fee. I own a business and I don't charge this sort of fee. You guys are not a taco stand.
