Service was great but the car wash left me leaving with a car dirtier than I brought it. Will need to go and have it washed again, looks terrible.

Shawn was wonderful, professional, and very helpful. However, it was brought to my attention that my back tires need to be replaced. I have owned the vehicle for three months. That’s ridiculous that I bought a vehicle from the dealership and within three months, I need to replace tires. Shawn was so apologetic and understands my anger. I have had a very negative experience with BMW since my first time in the showroom. I bought a vehicle and couldn’t get it for a month (breaker sensor and software issue) and now I need new tires. I called and left a message for Nathan last Thursday, but have yet to receive a return call with a solution for my tires. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I should have bought the Volvo next door
