Hi joe. Yesterday part of the bottom of my vehicle came off. It was some sort of plastic cover. That was one day after I left the shop. Do you guys compensate for that?

I came in for brake fluid service. Of course your service rep did a great job (for BMW) of upselling additional services to which I agreed. However, I did not appreciate finding after the fact that I was going to incur an additional 3% charge because I was using a credit card. How else are you supposed to pay? Had I known I would have reconsidered pushing out the other services. BMW charges premium pricing for their service and should therefore absorb credit card fee as was done in the past. I will reconsider where I get service from going forward.
