My tech was good and respectful of my frustration. I don’t question his work or customer relations. The problem was his lack of understanding as to COMPLETELY communicate the situation at hand regarding me the client as to what was going to happen. That caused me frustration. AND I WAS NOT GOUNG TO GET A LOANE EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONLY TOLD they didn’t know what was needed. I was simply going to be Lyft home. When acquiring a $70,000 car to be shuttled around only to pick up and deliver myself!!

I think that charging for using a credit card is customer unfriendly. While I appreciate the great service provided by my service advisor and the great service I’ve had in the past with Arrowhead BMW, I will definitely think twice about using your Arrowhead again.

We brought our vehicle in for brake squealing. Was told that’s “normal” and was provided a piece of paper explaining that it can happen once in a while but if it’s consistent that further repairs would be needed. Our brakes are squealing every single time we brake we have had multiple bmws - with performance brakes, specifically a M4. To tell a bmw owner that the constant loud, embarrassing squealing is normal, just doesn’t seem to even make sense. We aren’t happy with the results and now we just have to deal with it….

I just want to say that Austin was great. This review is based on Manny. Manny isn't easy to work with. On Tuesday I called him before noon to make an appointment. I was told he was in, but not around. I called after 1 and was told he was out to lunch. I called a third time after 2:30 and was able to speak to someone other than Manny. The soonest someone could come out was Thursday, so I setup an appointment for 8:30AM. On Thursday, Manny texted me saying someone would be here by 10:30. Luckily, Austin arrived after 9. After Manny gave me the total, I asked for an itemized bill. He said he'd send it after I paid. I thought that was weird so I asked again and he finally email it to me. Something that's not Manny related but I wanted to mention was, I realized credit cards will now be charged a 3% fee. For a company that makes billions in revenue yearly, this is crazy.
