Helped diagnose the problem on a Mobil visit. Then when I come all the way from Prescott to have a decoupling element attached to the injector. No one wanted to help me. Said Manny was gone and to come back. Kid at the service desk just wanted me gone. Are you serious. All the way from Prescott. Terrible service. At his task could have been resolved in 5min or less.

I came in because I received your online ad for service specials. I called before I scheduled by service appointment to know and confirm for what the prices are going to cost me. I schedule my oil change and inquired about the 3 years oil change for $225 along w the brake fluid flash.
When I was at the dealership my service advisor mentioned that I needed a spark plugs replaced as well. I agreed to get the plugs done along w the oil change and brake flush. When I came back to pick up my car I was told by my service advisor that I’m not qualified for the 3 years for $225 oil change because of where I purchased my vehicle but they did the oil change and charge me the regular price anyways. I was a bit annoyed by this because i wasn’t informed ahead of time before it was done. I’m also annoyed with the fact that my service advisor did not mentioned anything about the additional savings when you spend a certain amount on service. I feel like she was just out to bill me without mentioning any of the promotions advertised. I’m upset with the lack of transparency on the pricing and the lack of promotional knowledge of the service advisor. I wish I stayed with Shawn as my service advisor he was more clear and understanding of my needs. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and will look somewhere else to service my vehicles.
