The low coolant light came on a few days after it was in there. I called and my service advisor said that happens sometimes that maybe an air bubble got in there. So since the light kept coming on, my husband who is an amateur BMW mechanic with owning bmw’s for 20 years. Went ahead and popped the hood to take a look. He found that with the dust on the engine he could see what was touched by seeing finger prints, etc. and the coolant lid was not touched. It was low and he had to go buy coolant and add it. We expect better from BMW when we take our vehicles in.

Very satisfied with Mr Abreu. He took ownership of the issue when I first brought my vehicle in for repair. Even though it was not his error, he represented the company very well by not passing the buck. That is a great quality to have and practice! Mr Abreu is a great asset to BMW and deserves recognition for how he handled the problem. Little did he know in my mind I was prepared not to return to Arrowhead BMW. Mr Abreu definitely changed my mind and I had not divulged to him my thoughts on not returning. Then after having my vehicle less than a week, I had to return it for another issue that I felt should have been discovered when my car was there for a few days. Mr Abreu stepped up to the plate again and went above and beyond with his customer service!
Job well done Mr Abreu on your excellent customer service ????
I want to commend Taylor as well. I spoke with him a couple of times previously on the phone when Michael was off. I was able to put a face to the person I had spoke to. He’s another one that was very patient, and accommodating.

Took car for second opinion. All major work recommended was not necessary nor needed. Outright lied to about engine mounts, parking brake cable, tension struts. Mechanic showed me all those items and explained what was needed and not. Complete rip off artist at work here.
