I spent over three hours in the dealership for a simple oil change service.Additionally, I was forced to return two days later because I found a massive oil leak under the car, sipping into my garage concrete floor. The oil leak forced me to waste another plus two hours at your dealership. The oil stain in my house could not be removed because it had already sipped through the concrete.
