Mr Shane Harrington was very kind, detailed and professional. He was never too busy to take my phone calls or answer any of my questions. He always delivered a service with a smile. Not once did he hesitate to ask if there was anything else he could do. I would highly recommend Arrowhead BMW to any family member or friend.

Two things unsatisfied with: loaner front interior, i. E. Cup holders, tray area was filthy. Additionally my car was supposedly washed if so very poor. Same hand smudge marks on rear driver side door still there.
Windshield still dirty.
If going to offer service get conscientious employees.
