Mike is the best service advisor i have had. My last service I noticed “paint problem” after I was back up to Flagstaff and I texted him with pictures. Mike remember the pictures and was genuinely concerned. It turns out it was something that was on top of the paint and was removed with a solvent. It looked like someone had used touch up painted. Luckily it was a simple fix. Mike truly went the “extra mile” for us. Bravo!

I had my car there for service because the check engine light came on. The cause was determined to be a loose vent hose.
When I came in to pick up the car I was told that "while performing diagnosis found FRM no longer communicating".
Everything (windows, lights etc was working fine when I brought the vehicle to your dealership. I guess I am to believe that it is just a strange coincidence that this happened while your mechanic performed the diagnosis.
I'm sorry but I can't help feeling like this was caused by the mechanic connecting the diagnostic tools incorrectly and shorting out the FRM module.
Regardless I feel that since the damage occured while the car was in your care it should not be my responsibility to pay to repair it.
After some back and forth with my tech adviser it was agreed that I would pay for the labor and the dealership would pay for the FRM module. While I appreciate the discounted bill am still not happy that I had to pay $700 for the labor charge.
The fact that the module failed at the exact moment that your mechanic connected the code reader is just a little too coincidental for me to believe.
In my opinion the dealership should take responsibility.
It's the same thing if I were to loan something, let's say a working power tool to you as a trusted friend I expect that it will be returned to me in working condition. Not broken with a $1500 bill attached. Pleas consider this and let me know your decision.
