Absolutely wonderful. BMW service and especially Michael has made life so much easier! I appreciate all he does to help! Can’t say better things and will always buy a BMW because of the service department. At this stage in life all the bells and whistles of cars are nice but I’m looking for help in the day to day and the service department has excelled in that - far above Mercedes and Audi in my experience.
