I am Frustrated that the last time we were in the service person said we had the best warranty you could ever get and it covers everything. Then we go in for a recall and they say we need new tires that were purchased by bmw a year ago and $3000 worth of work that is NOT covered. It feels as though we are being taken advantage of and I am frustrated.

My service advisor was great, he really went above and beyond. However I am frustrated with my experience with Arrowhead BMW. My car was “inspected” on month prior to my battery dying. Despite a battery check being on a multi-point inspection my battery was not inspected. Shortly after my inspection my battery died and when I called to ask about my warranty I was told it was expired. So I purchased a battery from auto parts store. When I arrived to have my oil changed I was told my warranty was NOT expired and I would need to spend $600 replace and reprogram a new battery. My service advisor was able to take the cost down, thankfully. On my drive home I replaced my insurance card and was shocked to see my center console had been dug through and my emergency gas money was taken. I contacted my advisor who spoke with his manger and was compensated. These experiences have broken my trust and I do not feel comfortable giving the dealership my business.
