I was expecting more from a bmw dealership customer waiting area no doughnuts no popcorn like Honda no free candy dispenser like Audi the coffee was good but pretzels and old granola bars and Canada Dry oh was excited to see what you would have but got disappointed the vehicle service was okay though the long wait was expected.

The day after the service the “check engine” light came on. We were driving from Phoenix to Colorado. I called and spoke to Micheal. He told me he would speak to a tech, and call me back. He did not call back. Two days later I called again seeking advise on why the light was on the day after service on the car. I left a message asking Micheal to call me back. I never heard back from him or anyone else. Not a good experience.

Let me start by telling how awesome and professional was my representative that I dealt with ( Matthew) he great employee he deserves a rise he was so honest and he used to update me every on the car , the only thing that I’m not happy about that I had to rent a car for entire week for $500 , I spent nearly $5k and bmw don’t have a loaner to use are you serious!! When I drop my other 2 vehicles for service ( Kia & Honda ) they always provide me with a loaner, shame on BMW ,
Again this has nothing to Do with the representative Matthew it’s On such a big company like BMW.
