I understand that this place is a business but If a customer is spending a lot of money with you. The least you can do is work with the customer. Shawn was okay though I didn’t necessarily feel like he did everything in his power to help me when I needed it. When I first brought my vehicle in, I sat there for hours waiting on him to get me a loaner vehicle to which he said he is working on it. If it wasn’t for some other employee who seen that I was waiting there and asked what I was waiting for then idk how much longer I would've waited there. They got me a loaner vehicle immediately after I told them what I was waiting on. So I felt like either Shawn didn’t want me to get one and was making me wait it out until I gave up or he just didn’t care to provide the utmost customer service. Considering the amount I spent getting my car fixed by this location I expected to have the utmost world class customer service. Regardless I was able to get things done. I just don’t know if I will ever choose Shawn to be my service advisor again. I just didn’t feel like a valued customer.
