I’m very happy with my experience working with Arrowhead BMW and Shane. This is my first time owning a BMW so I was a little shocked by the cost initially, but Shane explained the work needed and value of driving such a beautiful car long term.

I dropped my bmw x3 off on saturday 9/7 around 2pm. Logan was the service advisor the first thing I explained was my drivers side tire having a nail in it, I also received an alert for an oil change in 1000 miles so I decided to go ahead and take care of it. Logan decided to tell me I needed spark plugs & en cab filter so I agreed, I was also offered a Complementary car wash. My husband realized that logan was just trying to pressure me to make more sales. We then went back and forth with logan, Matt & Cameron. Cameron explained that this is a suggested service & not required at the moment but when logan explain what was needed it didn’t suggest anything only said this service was due now & complete ignored the real tire issue. we just now picked up the car (Monday 4pm) the tire has still yet to be done. I’m completely disappointed in the service we received! I was so set on loving my bmw but the service level that is being provided is ridiculous, terrible & just plain scheming at this point: I honestly don’t even trust anything anyone says at your location due to the service I’ve received. Of coarse I picked up my car without a car wash and the nail still in the tire. I missed a day of work and now have to run around town at 4pm to figure out a tire because of the Terrible service I’ve received. It’s honestly embarrassing that this is suppose to be a luxury car experience & every single interaction I’ve had has been horrible. I can only wish that this is directed to someone ina position to do something about the service level being provided to YOUR customers. 2 months into a 5 year agreement & I wish I would have gotten a Toyota! I wasn’t offered a loaner or even an apology! I was also told there were 3 nails in my tire & it was not fixable, discount tire pulled the one screw and fixed the tire. I live in a shared community if someone tells you that you have three nails in your tire, you automatically suspect that maybe someone’s doing something to your car and so you go into defense mode. Come to find out this was just a story to get more money out of me from the mechanic.
