I felt like it was very unorganized and not very helpful with answering questions. The left-hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing you guys don’t work as a team you guys work as individuals kind of surprising right . I was really amazed that when you get a loaner car you guys don’t clean the cars after another person has used it surprisingly.

The Service department is exceptional, but the sales department at the Arrowhead BMW just scammed me into buying a car without warranty and told me at the time of purchase the car has 9 months of factory warranty left. And now they won't own up to their mistake.
