Not even remotely satisfied with the pre delivery maintenance on the car. The change oil notification was not reset after we were assured the car was “serviced” with the oil and filter changed and every mechanical issue checked and replaced. Today we had Mini North Scottsdale check and service the car. Oil and filter changed, radiator and window washer fluid were topped off, brakes and tires were checked. We were told their Service Manager would be calling your Service Manager to discuss what they found. The “Detailing” left water spots on the mirrors and windows…the back window had glue residue from a 8X11” sticker. I wiped the dust off the back seat and glue from the back window. Bluntly, we are not impressed with Arrowhead BMW pre delivery service!

I brought my 2016 320i in for the fuel tank recall and had it fixed. It smelled like fuel when picked up, Shane said it would go away.Never really went away got worse and I brought it back in. Somehow the fuel leaks now it’s hard to believe even after they did disturb fuel pump to change tank. I won’t be bringing my business back there ever again. I will also let everyone I know not to do business with you guys , take care!!
