Taylor did a fantastic job. Only issue is with the loaner. When I spoke to Taylor I mentioned o had to take the loaner to Tucson for a chemo appt. Come to find out I will be charged for miles over 75 miles. I live over 20 miles away already but like I mentioned I had to leave directly from the dealership to go to my chemo appt in Tucson. Taylor did a great job and very friendly. No issues with him at all.

Nick was great. But I had the expensive BMW caps on my tires. When they put them back on, they left them loose and two of them fell off. I found one in my garage. But one was lost somewhere.

Steve was nice, said we would get a video of the car as it was gone through, never got it, never got the car wash. Basically wasted my time for a quick 20 minute job of replacing a side panel of the windshield… took 2 hrs and then had to send a mobile mechanic to add the last clip. Not the best service by any means…
