Made the horrible investment buying a Range Rover to begin with, after 2 weeks I had to bring it back because they couldnt clear the title to the first one, the second one came worse then the first one, a taped up key to keep it together, chipping paint, and stalls at every red light. And after purchasing warranty, they still make you pay a diagnosis fee of over 200$ and told me the problem could be the battery, which is also 900$ to replace, never heard of a car stalling and getting stuck in neutral because of a battery.

I had my vehicle checked by Breaks Plus as well as Firestone , and was told that my emergency brake system sensor was causing the alarm to go off nonstop. I chose to have it fixed at the dealership figuring that the experience with working on Range Rovers doesn’t compare to others. I drop my vehicle off for a diagnostic that took the entire weekend, just for them to finally check it on Monday and was told it would be $3800 to fix and that’s not including everything else they recommend to add to the service. My years of experience being a car salesman helped, my decision to get my vehicle fixed elsewhere! Especially when I know for a fact it doesn’t cost $3800. Not the Mention the $309 diagnostic charge for some BS!!! I can’t wait to leave my Google review!!!

The agent was no polite or friendly at all I came to your facility no hands shake and left me standing there Al the 25 minutes that he was doing the inspection and paper work, no explanation of work in any way Bad experience and I notice that nobody ask me that they if I was been helped I hope that can be change , because if i have to go back to the dealer I would choose another location .????

For the representative: Poor communication. Did not properly set expectations. For the service department: Improper management (perhaps training) of your service personnel. Egregious over pricing, creating a lack of trust. I have two Jaguars. I will not return to Arrowhead Jaguar for service with either of them. Except to have the “Service Required” warning reset, which apparently was not reset with the service!! Another misstep and time expense to us. Sorry, not a good experience with Arrowhead Jaguar.

I purchased my car from your dealership. When bringing in my car for service I was not offered a loaner car. Joshes failed to call me back on 2 occasions. I had to initiate all correspondence. The part was order wrong and had to come and pick up my car not fixed I am now waiting for a call to bring my car back in to get fixed.
