This was the worst experience I could ever have. I was lied to to the entire time. I will let everyone I know not to get anything done there. I still want to talk with the service manager but I know that wont help. I will never buy nor take another vehicle there. Feel free to call me for the entire truth about the horrible experience. ****-****-xxxx.

Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead Service and F&I are USELESS - Take your business to someone that may appreciate it! Hello All - I don’t get on here often and complain about anything - however, this experience needs to be shared because I do not want anyone else to have to go through it I bought a vehicle from JLR Arrowhead in late Jan 2022. It was a car I always wanted and I decided to treat myself - This is not at all about the vehicle - I love my car and would definitely buy it again. This is about JLR Arrowhead’s F&I & Service Department - and their inability to treat this customer well - I will NEVER EVER buy a car from them again or take my car there for service again. So let’s start with F&I - when I purchased the car I was sold by F&I an extended warranty that according to him “covers everything bumper to bumper including my tires” so, of course, I purchased it because I did not want any expensive repairs and it is a used car. Three weeks later I am driving down the highway and my passenger rear tires start to literally come apart. I get off the highway - my husband calls the dealer - and they play past the phone - I call AAA to have the car towed to the dealer -they don’t have anyone there to assist because all the people in the back are gone and they have no loaners - so my question was - so what do you expect for me to do with that information? Ultimately, they pay the AAA driver to change the tire. Tell me to come back on Monday, this was a Saturday, and it would be taken care of - they would let the service department know - We get there Monday morning and guess what the service department doesn’t have a clue of what we are talking about - STRIKE 1 The service department decides they should only change that one tire - STRIKE 2 - my husband convinces them they should change both back tires - they do - STRIKE 2 REMOVED - because they did change both The car is perfect - I am enjoying it - It’s now time for the 65k mile maintenance - I take the car on Saturday - October 9th, 2022 for its scheduled maintenance - and return on Tuesday - October 11th 2022 to pick the car up. Now my original Service Representative was really nice and had excellent customer service - I pay the bill - get in the car - start it - drive approximately 200 feet and an “SOS Functionality Warning Light” comes on - I have pulled onto the street at this point - so I go up to the traffic light - turn right to go into a parking lot - park the car - turn it off - because I recognize the car is a big computer and it may just need a restart - sit there for a couple of minutes - start the car - and get the same error - so I immediately go back to the dealership - explain the issue - I am now working with the Service Rep Cody - however the rep that I was working with prior tells Cody I just picked the car up - Cody says - well leave it and let us run diagnosis to make sure it is was we think it is - I am thinking I just picked this car up - didn’t you run one before you gave it to me - but I say Ok The next thing I get is a text, the next day- with a link to a document that says my TCU battery needs to be replaced and it is going to cost me 921.00 So I call - about 10 times - left a message for Cody with the receptionist and was put on hold for about 20 minutes - I never got a callback- STRIKE 2 So this morning - Thursday, October 13, 2022, I call and Cody picks up - I tell him who I am - ask him if the TCU Battery is covered under my warranty - REMEMBER the F&I guy when he sold me the warranty said it was “bumper to bumper and even included my tires” - I am now told by Cody no it does not - "no extended warranty covers a TCU Battery or any battery because that is considered maintenance" as if I should know that - so I say 'then that expensive “bumper to bumper warranty that even covers my tires” is not bumper to bumper…right?' So of course, at this point, I am a little irritated because I just dropped 1600.00. for ‘maintenance’ and now you are telling me I need to pay another 900.00 for something that is not covered under that wonderful ‘bumper to bumper and even includes my tires warranty’ So I asked Cody what is covered under the warranty he said you have to talk to F&I — so the left-hand (service dept) doesn’t know what the right-hand (F&I) is doing/selling at this dealership? Cody texted me the name of the F&I guy Frank and provides me his number - the number was to a fax machine - STRIKE 3 I call the main number to ask for Frank and was told Frank was not there today but I could talk to Austin the other F&I guy - I do just that - he doesn’t understand what's not covered and will call go talk to Cody and call me back in 10 minutes, this was at 945am - I get a text at 330p saying your car is ready just pay 250.00 - for what? I drive to the dealership, JLR Arrowhead - sit in front of Cody he gives me the bill - I ask him what is this for he says the diagnostic to determine the problem - …WHAT??? You have had my car since Saturday October 8, 2022 - I come back on October 11, 2022 to pick it up - the maintenance has been done - there are no other issues I am told - I pay you - I have it for all of 5 minutes because as I am driving away a warning light comes on - I immediately return to tell you there is a problem that did not exist when I brought it in - and you want me to pay for you to diagnose the issue - did you not conduct a diagnosis before you returned it to me as being fixed? So yes at this point I am heated - I refuse to pay it - Cody gets an attitude - well you don’t want me to order the part he says - the 250.00 will be deducted from the 921.00 when I bring it the car back for them to fix it when the part arrives. Did you tell me the diagnosis was 250.00 when you offered it? Did you not hear the other Service Rep say she just picked it up? I go see the F&I - explain who I am and that he was going to call me back in 10 minutes, 6 hours ago - he does the blame game - he blames Cody for not coming to explain to him the part (for 6 hours- really - you blew me off) - he then goes to talk to Cody about the part and then comes back and tells me it is maintenance and everyone knows that a bumper to bumper does not cover batteries. Really? Who is everybody? Everybody in the car business or every consumer? So when you are told you have a ‘bumper to bumper that even covers your tires’ why didn’t they include EXCEPT your TCU battery? I say to Austin - this warranty is a waste because each time I have tried to use it there seems to be an exception to the bumper to bumper including my tires warranty - lol - his response is “if you don’t want it anymore then don’t pay for it” - so I say - so I should ruin my credit and not pay it? and his response was “well if you don’t want it don’t pay it” and this is an F&I guy !! What a joke - So in essence we sold you a bill of goods - we got our money - you don’t want it - don’t pay it - Really? I could have bought my car from anywhere - I wanted the experience of buying it from the dealer - this dealer is not a dealer that I would recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from because their F&I ain’t worth crap and their service department is even worse I Love my car - and plan on buying a new one - you better believe it won’t be from them
