I believe it’s my second time having my maintenance handled by Kanika, and she’s been wonderfully professional both times. Very happy with the service, I almost look forward to bringing my car back in haha!

I had very little interaction with Isaac. I had more with a woman whose name I don’t remember (long, dark hair). She listened to my issues and for the **first time** offered a test drive. During every visit I complained about odd, and concerning noises, and for the **first time** someone (the tech who did the drive with me) explained what was happening and why the sounds are normal. I was so disturbed by the car’s behavior over the past year that I complained to Toyota. Even their case manager didn’t explain but said I could do a test drive “at (my) expense”. I refused. The woman I first spoke with today didn’t charge me - probably because she saw the history in the record. I’m very thankful to her.
