Where shall I start? lol I’d like to start from when I arrived. I was immediately greeted by the staff member who was checking in w/other customers for car services. He was extremely busy when I arrived in such early hours of the morning. There were at least 8 cars waiting for me alone to check-in plus my that came in a tow truck. I’m amazed with his multi-tasking ability.
Next, Di Wu who assisted me throughout the process. He took the time to explain and addressed my concerns.
The other staff that worked on my car for the new tire replacement, maintenance service check, also when dropping off the car to me. They were all very attentive and excellence customer service. Thank you very much. The team you have are amazing. I appreciate everyone that take care of me and my car.
