I took my car in for service, I left my car with a All-Weather mats on my 4Runner and returned with my Matt’s in the back and my custom 4Runner mats we, full of mud and dirty. I failed to say something in the moment, however I would appreciate this matter taken care of and my Matt’s properly cleaned.
I will not be recommending this dealership to anybody, until this matter is discussed and properly handled.

Di Wu was able to assist with the issue with my car, since when the other service was done. My car was making a noise when I left. It was resolved today.
