-specifically requested to install mileage sticker cleanly: failed. This is the second time consecutively this has happened in your location.
-i brought issue to 2 different representatives attention.
-first rep, I believe Christian is his name, quickly dismissed me and said complain to get a discount. My reply I don't want a discount, I want it done right. Rep walked away.
-spoke to my main rep, she said it is not your responsibility to place sticker cleanly. They would just put it on top of some old stickers. Rep even moved the new sticker, scratched the old material and it was coming off easy with no chemicals. Rep stopped and said I would have to clean it myself and put the sticker on top.i don't understand why service team would not just clean the glass to put new sticker.
Is this the service I am to expect from this location? I have been servicing my Toyota vehicles in the Alhambra locations for over a decade. This only started when new management came in the last few years. Speaks volumes of how Toyota corporate culture has taken over in the Alhambra service area
