I had to miss out on a day of work because my truck didn’t get fixed when I brought it in the 1st time. I took work off Monday in order to bring my truck into get fixed. There was a loud knocking noise coming from the suspension area. Nelson told me the noise coming from my truck wasn’t a safety issue and that I should keep driving the truck and if the noise persists then to bring it back. I waited 2.5 hours for Nelson to tell me that my truck was safe to drive and the mechanic couldn’t find the issue. Well the moment I picked it up from the service department on Monday my truck was making the same noise. Which tells me they didn’t attempt to fix the issue. Now I know I’m not crazy the noise I was hearing from my truck was not normal what so ever for a new vehicle. I did not feel safe driving it in that condition so unfortunately I had to request another day off of work to bring it in on Wednesday. Luckily the mechanic Sam had some help this time and 4.5 hours later my truck was fixed. Sam admitted he was wrong and said my car had an mis alignment problem with a bushing from the factory. That is indeed a safety hazard so the fact that Nelson told me to continue to drive it and come back if it keeps making noise is ridiculous. I drive for work and having a safe vehicle is crucial. Because of the service departments negligence I had to miss out on work. Not very happy about that because I have a brand new car payment due and every day of work missed is money of my pocket.

I had asked Ramon E if it was possible to get a courtesy discount for consideration of the holidays and being a loyal customer. He stated that his manager would be informed. Upon paying the invoice, it did not happen. In the past I have received a discount and not even a manager discount or coupon was offered. For future, it would have been a nice consideration. Thank you!
